  By accessing or using our website (www.sevenskyindia.in), or by purchasing from us online or at an exhibition, you agree to the following policies. These serve as Seven Sky’s website policies and also reflect our overall brand policies.
  
  1. Final Sale Policy (Exhibitions & Online)
• All purchases—whether made online, at exhibitions, or through direct communication (e.g., WhatsApp)—are final and non-exchangeable. We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or gifting errors. Customers visiting our exhibitions are expected to inspect their products at the time of purchase. Seven Sky will not entertain post-event requests for exchanges or replacements unless the product was received broken (see section 4)

All product details, including material, polish, size, and care instructions, are clearly mentioned in each item description. By making a purchase, we assume that the customer has read and agreed to the product description. Seven Sky is not liable for any dissatisfaction due to negligence in reading product details.

3. Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed, regardless of the reason, including shipping delays.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Seven Sky India follows a strict no return policy. All purchases are considered final.

Exception – Damaged on Arrival:

If your item arrives broken or damaged:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Send clear photos of the damage via WhatsApp at +91 7290968699.
• If we verify that the item is damaged, we will offer either:
• An exchange (if the same product is available), or
• A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the damage.

Note: No action will be taken without photographic proof. We reserve the right to make the final decision on any such claim.

5. Polish Guarantee Disclaimer

We do not offer any guarantee on the polish or plating of any product. The longevity of polish may vary based on individual usage, skin pH, exposure to water or perfumes, and storage methods.

For best results, store jewelry in a dry place and avoid contact with chemicals or moisture. Jewellery care Guide with clear instructions is provided with every Order, customers are advised to follow it.
