Notes
- Orders placed before 12 PM India Timeline (excl. Sundays & public holidays) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM or on holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected during sales, promotions, or due to courier delays.

Seven Sky India is not responsible for delays in delivery and will not accept cancellations or issue refunds on this basis.
- Our courier partners will contact you up to three times to schedule delivery. If delivery fails after three attempts, the order may be cancelled.
- You’ll receive a tracking number by SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
- We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed, regardless of the reason, including shipping delays.
Availability & Redelivery
- Our courier partners will contact you (up to three times) to schedule delivery.
- If you are unavailable, refuse delivery, or request postponement, the order may be cancelled.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery information and access to the delivery location.
- If an order is returned to us due to customer-related error (such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or refusal to accept delivery), the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipment.
Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation by SMS/email with a tracking number.
